ERT Licensee One Delta to be Admitted to AIM

Environmental Recycling Technologies Plc (AIM:ENRT) ("ERT") is pleased to announce that its licensee One Delta Limited has today agreed to a reverse takeover which will result in the company being listed on AIM.

One Delta is coming to market through a reverse takeover of a Jersey based company; Cholet Investment Plc (AIM:CIP), which will change its name to One Delta Plc (AIM:ONE).

ERT has granted One Delta licenses to use its Powder Impression Moulding ("PIM") process for a range of high value application areas in Flood, Security Fencing and Defence Applications.

One Delta has invested considerable resources in developing products using the PIM technology that meet customer needs and extend the performance of the PIM technology. One Delta has also invested in building awareness of the PIM products and is in advanced discussions with several key national and international clients. ERT will receive royalty income from the sale of the above products.

These licence agreements are in line with the ERT strategy of maximising the value of its PIM intellectual property by granting licences to partners able to fund further development and production.
