New Licence Agreement
Environmental Recycling Technologies plc ("ERT" or "the Company") (AIM: ENRT), which has developed and is exploiting the patented rights to the Powder Impression Moulding ("PIM") process capable of converting mixed waste plastics into commercially viable products, are delighted to announce that they have signed a further licence agreement with their existing licensee 2k Manufacturing Ltd ("2k") for General Construction Products. This follows on from the construction board and signage licences and shows the level of commitment that 2k have towards the PIM Process.
The General Construction Licence covers the European Union and Switzerland and follows the standard ERT licence terms of an initial Licence fee followed by royalty payments going forward.
