Further to the announcement made by the Company on 2 February 2010 in relation to the settlement of litigation, the Board of ERT have made application to the London Stock Exchange for 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to occur on 8 February 2010.
