Additional Listing

The Company announces that it has agreed to issue 34,722,800 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in settlement of amounts due to creditors. The shares will be issued at par value, reducing the creditors of the Company by £868,070.

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company. Application has been made for the 34,722,800 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market for listed securities ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 16 February 2010.

Following Admission the issued share capital of the Company will consist of 381,207,373 Ordinary Shares each with equal voting rights.
