Board Change

The Company wishes to notify the market of the following:-

As a result of being appointed as Parliamentary Under Secretary of State (Foreign & Commonwealth Office), Henry Bellingham is required to resign as a Non-Executive Director of ERT with immediate effect.

The directors of ERT would like to congratulate Henry on his appointment and grateful to him for his contribution to the Company.

The Company hopes to appoint an alternative Non-Executive Director in due course.

The directors of ERT are responsible for the contents of this announcement.
